Our journey began with an Italian family who, after a visit, fell deeply in love with the beauty and charm of Córdoba.
Thanks to the warm welcome from the local community and the constant requests from our customers, we soon felt inspired to take a step further. With great enthusiasm, we added tables to our venue, creating an intimate and family-friendly atmosphere where homemade cuisine and Italian hospitality became the heart of every visit.
However, the success and affection of our growing clientele soon made the space feel too small. For this reason, we decided to move to a new, much larger location in the very heart of Córdoba, so we could continue offering the quality and warmth that truly define us.

This is how La Tradizione was born, initially as a small takeaway venue offering traditional Italian food.
Today, in this new space, we embrace a more refined and elaborate cuisine, while always preserving our essence.
